Now we will start with the base Ingredients required are 1 cup of maida 1/4 cup of castor sugar 1/2 tbsp baking powder 50 grams of butter Now Take castor sugar and butter beat both of them together until smooth Mix the flour Beat everything together again This has become soft Our base is almost ready This is my parchment paper which i have cut into the shape of my baking tray and cut it diagonally so that it fits properly so that you can easily lift it up once the baking is done Now Take the batter with your palm press it well specially in the corners and this goes for baking on 170-180 degree for 14 minutes 300 grams of condensed milk 2 tbsp of golden syrup 3 tbsp coffee im adding more coffee because im a coffee lover 30 grams of butter mix everything properly for almost 3-4 minutes then add walnuts stir it constantly about 3 minutes until mixture thickens this is ready ingredients required 50 grams of butter 1 cup of maida 2-3 tbsp of ground cinnamon 1/3 cup of brown sugar Now we start with maida mix maida and brown sugar together take cinnamon Now mix butter And make a dough out of it our dough is ready Now put it in a foil paper or airtight container pack it and put it in a freezer for 30 minutes i've just got the base from the oven base is ready Now pour the filling which we made on top of it spread it evenly Now for the topping which i kept it in the refrigerator grate this and top it all the layers are ready this goes for final baking on 180 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
